Our pledge is to be incusive and friendy to all guests of human diversity whatever form it may take such as ethnicity, culture, race, sexuxal and gender diversity (LGBTQIAS+), religious and ability etc.

Our of interest, we have compiled the following information on human diversity.
We appreciate that human diversity refers to the differences and variations among people. To me the key is reflecting and enjoying the richness of human experiences and identities and treating everyone we meet equally and without prejudice – as we would like to be treated ourselves:

- Ethnic and Racial Diversity: Variations in ethnicity and race, including heritage, physical characteristics, and cultural practices.

* The acronym LGBTQIAS+ represents a diverse range of sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. Here’s a summary:

- B (Bisexual): Attraction to both men and women.
- T (Transgender): Individuals whose gender identity differs from their sex assigned at birth.
- Q (Queer/Questioning): Queer embraces diversity of identities; questioning reflects uncertainty or exploration of one’s identity.
- I (Intersex): Those with physical sex characteristics that don’t fit typical definitions of male or female.

- + (Plus): Encompasses other identities, such as pansexual (attraction to all genders) and demisexual (sexual attraction only after emotional connection).
